THE TEAM
Will Derrick
Will is a filmmaker and post production specialist.
An avid mountaineer, he is particularly adept at filming in the high alpine environment. Coming from a competitive freestyle skiing background, he is as comfortable shooting in the snowpark as he is dangling from a windswept mountain face.
Outside of work you’ll find him smashing road climbs in lycra and obsessing over his power data on Strava.
Andi Ratschiller
After 15 years at Red Bull, Andi led content across some of the biggest action sports projects in the industry. His role is making sure every idea becomes the best version of itself, bringing the creative vision, production expertise and editorial eye needed to deliver consistently high-quality content. From athlete documentaries and broadcast productions to social campaigns, he makes sure every project is achievable, well executed and tells a story people genuinely want to watch.
Alexe Demougin
Alexe spent the last three years as a Social Media Specialist at Red Bull Switzerland, focusing on freestyle skiing and snowboarding. My role starts long before content is published, thinking social from the very beginning, building platform native concepts and shaping stories that are made to perform on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Working closely with athletes has always been at the heart of what we do, from planning content around events to publishing, community management and using performance insights to keep refining our strategy.
